Our aim is to provide a safe and quiet park for the peaceful enjoyment of the tenants . All our lease agreements are registered with the Residential Tenancy Authority (RTA) and bonds lodged with them. We also accept

All our lease agreements are registered with the Residential Tenancy Authority (RTA) and bonds lodged with them. We also accept Bond Loans from the QLD state government. Most of the Tenants have resided with us for a long time.
